چکیده
Food waste valorization via its transformation into animal feed is a viable alternative for improving food security and the diversion of organic from landfills. The manuscript presents environmental impact assessment construction operation novel solar drying unit on island Crete in Greece, which treating hotels. Life cycle utilized assessment. results indicate total carbon footprint approximately 217.5 kg CO2 eq. per ton treated waste.
